Justin S. Day joined AndersonGlenn’s Jacksonville office in 2023 as an associate attorney. After Graduating from Florida Coastal School of Law in 2018 he began litigating personal injury cases ranging from premises liability to no -fault auto accidents in Duval County and across the North Florida area. After a brief stint representing large financial organizations and lenders, he ventured back into the personal injury realm of law where he again represented plaintiffs in their pursuit of justice following personal injury in nearly every possible premises situation along with auto accidents, criminal defendants, family law matters, breach of contract, and traffic court. During this time, he settled over 200 cases, participated in numerous depositions, mediations, and motion hearings. Currently, he is defending insurance carriers in both premises, auto, and first party property cases in and across North Florida. He take great passion in using the litigation skills garnered to this point to fight and resolve every case that he is assigned in the most beneficial manner for his client.
