

Jennifer C. Anderson joined the firm’s Jacksonville office as an associate in 2007. She practices in the areas of insurance coverage, commercial litigation, malpractice, personal injury and products liability.
Ms. Anderson attended law school in St. Petersburg, Florida on a full academic scholarship at Stetson University College of Law. While at Stetson, Ms. Anderson clerked for former Chief Justice Fred Lewis at the Supreme Court of Florida, with the U.S. Attorney’s Office Major Crimes Division and the State Attorney’s Office Juvenile Division, and at a full-service law firm.
In 2016, the Florida Supreme Court and The Florida Bar honored Ms. Anderson’s commitment to the Florida Guardian ad Litem Program with The Florida Bar President’s Pro Bono Service Award for the 7th Judicial Circuit.
Accomplishments
Co-counsel in multi-million dollar Plaintiffs’ verdict in product liability aviation case
Secured dismissal of multi-million dollar claim brought by large re-insurance company against sixteen franchisee agency owners
Successfully tried a breach of contract suit against Counter-Defendants seeking to avoid their obligations under a Mediated Settlement Agreement
Obtained numerous grants of summary judgments in personal injury, premises liability and first party cases
Prepared multiple Insurance Coverage opinions for Commercial General Liability policies, Trucker’s Policies, Homeowners Policies, Mobile Owner’s Policies, and Motor Carrier policies

Life Beyond the Bar
Jennifer grew up in a military household. Her mother is a retired Navy Commander and her father is a former Marine Corps Colonel. Since her early teens, Jennifer has been an avid equestrian, and is currently training and competing with her national award winning Half Arabian/Half Friesian mare.
