Kelli E. Lueckert, joined AndersonGlenn, LLC as an associate in 2007. She practices in the areas of General Civil Litigation; Product Liability; Insurance Defense; Aquatic Accidents; Contracts/Warranty Law; Personal Injury; Wrongful Death Claims and Legal Malpractice.

Client Work

In the civil litigation field, Kelli has provided legal services to United States Swimming, Inc., Brunswick Boat Group; Sealine International, Inc., Forest River, Inc., Volvo Penta of the Amercias, Inc., Chrysler LLC, Chris*Craft, Indian Motorcycle Company, Inc., Coachmen Industries, All American Homes, Tracker Marine, LLC, The Redwoods Group, Lexington Insurance Company, Chartis, YMCA, Riverport Insurance Company, and others. She has assisted in multimillion dollar cases in which she has conducted research, drafted pleadings, attended depositions, and hearings. Kelli handles significant insurance defense, aquatic accidents, warranty, contract, and product liability matters.

In the criminal field, Kelli had over six trials and second chaired seven trials.  She handled misdemeanor and felony cases from start to finish.
