Jennifer C. Anderson

Jennifer C. Anderson joined AndersonGlenn, LLC as an associate in 2007. She began her career at Lorance & Thompson where she practiced in the areas of Motion Practice, Insurance Coverage, and Personal Injury Litigation.  She now additionally practices in the areas of commercial litigation, malpractice, and products liability.

Ms. Anderson attended law school in St. Petersburg, Florida on a full academic scholarship at Stetson University College of Law. During law school, Ms. Anderson clerked at the Florida Supreme Court for Justice Lewis, the U.S. Attorneys Office- Major Crimes Division, the State Attorney’s Office-Juvenile Division, and at the firm of Emmanuel, Sheppard, & Condon.

After graduating law school with honors, Ms. Anderson earned her Florida law license. She continued her course of legal study at the University of Houston where she has neared completion of her LL.M. degree in International Law.

Representative Experience

• Secured dismissal of multi-million dollar claim brought by large re-insurance company against sixteen franchisee agency owners.
• Successfully tried a breach of contract suit against Counter-Defendants seeking to avoid their obligations under a Mediated Settlement Agreement.
• Obtained numerous grants of summary judgments in personal injury, premises liability, and first party cases.
• Prepared multiple Insurance Coverage opinions for Commercial General Liability policies, Trucker’s Policies, Homeowner’s Policies, Mobile Owner’s Policies, and Motor Carrier policies.

Beyond the Bar

Ms. Anderson grew up in a military household. Her mother is a retired Navy Commander and her father is a former Marine Corps Colonel.  Since her early teens, Jennifer has also been an avid equestrian, and is currently in the process of training and competing with her national award winning Arabian/half Friesian mare.
